Responsabilità
- Independent management of the accounting of the company and the holding
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements according to IFRS
- Preparation of the annual financial statements and statutory reporting of the holding
- Analyze results and propose measures to local department management
- Calculation and quarterly settlement of the management fees to the subsidiaries
- Submitting of monthly and year-end reporting to the group
- Preparing and submitting of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget according to the instruction
- Payments and Transactions:
- Execute weekly payment runs and monthly group netting payments
- Account for FX hedging operations
- Liquidity monitoring and management
- Execute share assignments as variable compensation
- Prepare VAT declarations
- Cooperate with external auditors for the year-end audit
- Provide details to tax consultants for tax returns
- Support of Corporate Controlling:
- Support in Corporate Controlling day-to-day business
- Collaboration in Corporate Controlling projects
Profilo
- Academic education in Economy, Accounting or similar (Specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate)
- Proven experience in accounting, controlling and financial management
- Strong knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations accounting principles, IFRS knowledge a plus
- Experience in group reporting
- Knowledge MS Office, SAP, CCH Tagetik is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- German knowledge is a plus
