Responsibilities
You will lead and manage all
product assurance activities throughout the entire lifecycle of mechanical and
electromechanical tools and devices. From initial design reviews to production
and final testing, you will be responsible for ensuring that products
consistently meet the highest standards of quality and customer expectations
Collaborating closely with
cross-functional teams—including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing—as
well as with customers and suppliers, you will leverage your expertise in
mechanical and electrical components to ensure product performance, regulatory
compliance, and full traceability
- Drive
and oversee product assurance initiatives across the full product lifecycle
- Develop
and implement product quality plans and procedures aligned with ISO 9001 and
customer-specific requirements.
- Review
and approve design documentation, component selection, and supplier
qualifications
- Partner
with internal teams to define and implement quality control strategies for
mechanical and electrical components
- Lead
and participate in inspections, internal reviews, and customer acceptance
testing to ensure quality and compliance
- Manage
non-conformities and deviations, lead root cause analysis, and implement
corrective actions in collaboration with R&D engineers
- Ensure
supplier quality management through onboarding, auditing, and compliance
verification
- Support
NPI by defining QA requirements and assisting with validation and release
processes
- Maintain
and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), support ISO 9001 audits, and
contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure
full traceability of quality records, including inspection results, supplier
certifications, and change documentation
Your Profile
- Academic
background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Previous
experience (3/5 years) in product quality assurance (mechanical engineering or
electromechanical manufacturing)
- Strong
knowledge of ISO 9001 frame
- Knowledge
of quality planning, audits, and supplier management
- Experience
working with mechanical parts and electrical components
- Proficiency
in reading technical drawings, applying and testing tolerances, and using
measurement tools
- Excellent
knowledge of Italian and English
- German
and French knowledge is a plus
- Structured
mindset, keen attention to detail, and strong professional curiosity
