1. Terms & Conditions

Object and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website adecco.ch (“Website”) which is operated by Adecco Ressources Humaines SA, Rue des Fontenailles 16, 1007 Lausanne, Switzerland ("Adecco", "we" or "us")

By using this Website you indicate that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the Website.

Certain content or services we make available to you through the Website may be governed by special conditions which you will have to accept at the time you access such content or service (e.g. before applying to a job position).

Use of the Website

You acknowledge and voluntarily and expressly accept that your use of the Website is made under your sole and exclusive responsibility.

When you use the Website you will not perform any acts that may damage our image, interests or rights or of any of our affiliates ("Adecco Group Companies"), or that may damage, render useless or overload the Website, or that may impede, in any way, the normal use of the Website by other visitors.

We implement reasonable security measures which are adequate to detect the existence of viruses. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. You agree that the ordinary courts in Zurich, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, your use of the Website.

2. Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Adecco Human Resources AG (“Adecco Switzerland”) whose Instagram handle is @Adeccoswitzerland will raffle 2 stand up paddles in purpose of their summer campaign
  • By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be before the 8th of August 2022. Two winners will be selected at random by Adecco Switzerland by the 8th of August 2022and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
  • The raffle is held on Instagram and is open only to residents of Switzerland. Two winners will be chosen at random from all entrants.
  • No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
  • Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
  • Employees of Adecco Switzerland or other Adecco Group affiliates are not eligible to enter.
  • Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
  • Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
  • Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by liking the picture, tagging a work friend, and commenting on the picture.
  • The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram. Adecco Switzerland will not be held liable if the chosen winner is not answering our messages to pick up it’s prize. If after 48h of no answer, a new winner will be chosen
  • Adecco Switzerland cannot not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Adecco Switzerland takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, Adecco Switzerland’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, Adecco Switzerland shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  • Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
  • The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to Adecco Switzerland if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances Adecco Switzerland reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  • Adecco Switzerland’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Adecco Switzerland after the winner has been selected.

3. Privacy Policy

This Policy describes what personal data we collect from you and how we process such personal data.

Personal data we may collect from you

Analysis of user behaviour

The internet offerings at Adecco are tracked for the analysis of user behaviour and the identification of IP addresses for marketing purposes. The use of this service entails the direct transfer of data pertaining to user behaviour (e.g. IP address, time of access, browser searches etc.) to the servers maintained by the service provider mandated by Adecco, and their being made available for use exclusively on Adecco. The data collected are treated as strictly confidential and neither sold nor conveyed to third parties. If in future you do not wish to be identified, please send an e-mail to optout@permaleads.ch.

We use products of wiredminds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) for marketing and optimization purposes. These products collect and process your personal data and use it to create usage profiles under a pseudonym. These usage profiles are fully anonymized where possible and appropriate. We and wiredminds employ cookies and/or Web beacons (also known as tracking pixels) on this website. We transfer the data we collect about you, which may also include personal data, to wiredminds or wiredminds gathers this data directly. wiredminds is entitled to use information that you leave behind by visiting our Web sites to create anonymized usage profiles.
