  • Temporary work

You choose when and for how long you’d like to work – no compromises.

Some good reasons for taking on temporary work

Bridge a gap between jobs

Facilitate your entry into the labour market

Accumulate work experience

Get to know a range of different employers

Benefit from more variety

Facilitate your return to the labour market

There are many reasons why you might prefer to opt for temporary work. The common denominator is flexibility and freedom. The desire for change is increasing and it can be very inspirational – a change of scenery can work wonders!

On your own, this venture can be rather tricky. That’s why it’s well worth collaborating with us. With Adecco, you’ll benefit from a range of advantages:

Competitive salaries

Weekly or monthly salary payments

Entitlement to further training through Temptraining

Insurance through SUVA

Everything is regulated and legally established through the collective labour agreement for the hiring of staff

You’ll receive all the documents, up to and including the confirmation of employment

We’ll take care of you, from the first day to the last that you spend with Adecco.

And we’ve saved the best for last: we’ll also take care of all the profiling and administration – and it won’t cost you a thing. Flexibility and security, without the cost.

Getting a temporary job is easy!

Here’s how it works in detail:

Apply for a job, or allow us to suggest one.

We’ll get to know you through an interview.

If necessary, you’ll complete an aptitude test and/or a medical check.

If that’s successful, you’ll then go for an interview or trial day.

If the company then makes a positive decision, you’ll receive a job offer.

If you’d like us to, we’ll go through the details of the employment contract with you or clarify the conditions of your collective labour agreement (CLA) before you decide for or against a position.

You receive an introduction to your new workplace, plus additional safety instructions as required by the job profile.

You get your wages on time.

If you’re entitled to further training, we’ll make some suggestions and support you in your professional development.

We’ll continue to support and advise you.

Once your temporary assignment has come to an end, you’ll receive a confirmation of employment and/or an employment reference.

Finally, we’ll suggest new temporary offers, and, bit by bit, you’ll acquire new knowledge and work experience.

If you’re going for a permanent position, temporary assignments are worth their weight in gold – if you’re already enrolled at the company and a vacancy comes up, you’ll have a significant advantage over “unknown” candidates.
