How does it work?
Send us the contact details
If you know someone who is looking for a new job, simply send us their contact details (e.g. e-mail and mobile phone number) as well as their CV. You can reach out to your assigned Adecco consultant if not, feel free to visit your nearest Adecco branch. Your referral could be a friend, a colleague, or even a family member. We value your recommendations.
We contact the person
We will then contact the person as soon as possible either by phone or e-mail. After the consultation, we will either immediately have a suitable position for him or her to apply for or we must first search for a suitable position.
We organize a first meeting
As soon as we have found something suitable, we will invite him or her to an interview with one of our Adecco consultants. Now your friend is already a decisive step ahead in his or her career!
Successful placement
Congratulations, your friend has been hired for a temporary or permanent job! Now your college can get started in a new job and you will receive a voucher worth CHF 300*!
*Conditions: Receipt of the voucher is subject to the recommended person being employed by Adecco for either a permanent or temporary position. In the case of a permanent position, the voucher will be issued after a successfully completed probationary period (3 months). In the case of temporary employment, the recommended person must have been on assignment for a minimum of 300 hours.
The recommended person must not have been in contact with us (via email, telephone, social media, face-to-face interview, direct application or otherwise) in the previous 12 months. The recommending person can make a maximum of 1 recommendation per year.
Adecco reserves itself the right to adjust the terms and conditions of the referral programme, in whole or in part, or to discontinue the programme entirely at any time. An exchange or cash payment of the voucher is not possible.
